Problems with the site and server will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Problems with a player (member or otherwise) will be dealt with in a timely manner, but not before all the facts are in. Don’t use this as a whining station. If you believe that you have been treated unfairly for a complaint then please E-mail Cyboth_RNA or SnipeD_RNA.

Problems with a player on the Server?
If your having issues with another player, such as: repeated TKing or Gimping, cheating (remember that some people are just Damn good), or abuse of admin. privileges then let us know. E-mail Cyboth_RNA or SnipeD_RNA. We will deal with the issue ASAP but, not before all the facts are in. Thanks.

Before choosing a set of dates for a scrimmage please look to our upcoming matches board on the home page to make sure we don’t have a match that day, we will not postpone a TWL match for a scrimmage. All scrimmage’s will be played by TWL rules unless arrangements have been made prior to game time. If you want: Exceptions to the rules, To play on your server rather than ours, Or a specific side for a map then please state so in the special request box. Unless requested RNA will choose the side assignment since we let you choose the maps. Please give us two dates to pick from and try to give us a week or more notice when requesting dates. Know of a great map we’re missing out on? Let us know where it is and we’ll take a look. If we like it chances are you’ll see it on the server sometime! So if you know of one or made one yourself then E-mail me here. Please include the map name, URL where I can get my greedy little hands on it, and if you made it yourself let me know if we can put it up on our site for downloading. If you made the map yourself and don’t have it up anywhere on the web then just say it’s not up anywhere and I will let you know how to get it to me. Thanks, Cyboth_RNA.
